Over the years MHP has invested heavily in the industry leading equipment and evolving vacuum forming processes, operated by a highly skilled and dedicated workforce. We have installed CNC Routers allowing for 5 axis machining on vacuum formed parts, producing consistent parts time after time.
We are an environmentally aware company, committed to using recycled materials when suitable, we now have an in house recycling system which has increased the range of plastics we can recycle. We also reduce waste through accurate production methods and carefully considered manufacturing.
By reducing waste we reduce our overheads. Thus giving us a competitive edge.

It really helps speed up the quote process if you have a design file you can send us. Our preferred is IGES which is a reliable conversion for PRO E, CATIA, UNIGRAPHICS etc.
