We have been designing and manufacturing vacuum forming and pressure forming tools for the aviation industry for many years. Both types are great for producing lightweight, resilient plastic products.

Pressure forming tools can give a higher level of details if you require a textured finish on the finished product. We can even design these to have moving sections to create undercuts and shapes that would normally be unmouldable.
